- Mechanical Design and certification of shell and tube heat exchangers according to ASME PBVC Sec. VIII Div.1 and 2 (U and U2) and TEMA. ABJ using various software packages such as Compress, PV Elite and Nozzle PRO.
- Mechanical Design and certification of shell and tube heat exchangers according to European Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU (PED CE).
- Mechanical Design of shell and tube heat exchangers for various load cases seismic, wind, dynamic wind loading, blast loads and road and sea transportation.
- Design of fixed heat exchangers for the deferential thermal expansion due to several upset load cases (start up, shut doun,…etc .)
- Design of flanged and flued expansion joints according to TEMA.
